NOX Systems LLC (“NOX Systems,” “NOX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates noxsys.net (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit the Site, submit its contact form, or otherwise communicate with us about the Site.

This policy does not govern information processed for customers under a separate contract, statement of work, or customer-specific notice. Those arrangements are controlled by their applicable terms.
