These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of noxsys.net (the “Site”), operated by NOX Systems LLC (“NOX Systems,” “NOX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2.  Site purpose

The Site provides general information about NOX Systems, our capabilities, and ways to contact us. Site content is informational and does not constitute legal, security, financial, compliance, or other professional advice. No statement on the Site is an offer, guarantee, or commitment to provide services.

A customer or teaming relationship exists only under a separate written agreement signed by authorized representatives of the parties.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought in state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas.

11.  Changes

We may modify the Site or these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective when posted unless otherwise stated. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
